Single Account Policy

General Bonus Policy

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once per person.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided.

If a Match Is Cancelled or Postponed

If a match or event is fully cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a match is partially completed, the outcome will be determined according to the rules of the specific sport. For live betting, bets placed after an event has started are generally non-refundable.

Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50 Lakh. Payouts for combined bets (accumulators) may be subject to different limits. Separate limits may apply to specific sports and markets.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

DX Win Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of our terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, notify the support team by email. Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before closure. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month.
